When you submit an enquiry, we receive your country or region, buyer type, product interests, email address and any optional phone number, company details or message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, send requested product information, prepare quotations and discuss a potential order. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Service providers and external links

Enquiry submissions are sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our team. WhatsApp links open an external service operated by Meta. Images are loaded from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their services are accessed. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

Advertising attribution

If your link contains UTM campaign parameters, this website stores those parameters in session storage and includes them with your enquiry to identify its source. Your language choice is stored locally so it can be remembered on later visits. This build does not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Interaction events are made available locally for a future analytics integration.
